My husband and I are one of the lucky few on our street whose home is not re-sold due to foreclosure. All Summer Long, we had to watch the empty houses lining our streets and wonder ... whether they get foreclosed on? When the honest truth ... They are probably done. There are way too many for sale signs in the neighborhood, at least half of them, not to foreclosures.
the sad truth is that many of those would've been avoided had they been known loop holes. banks will not tell you because they make a profit either way ... But now, most banks realize that mistakes were made, and that the economy is not getting any better and are more willing to work with people who are already occupying their homes ... Realizing that it is actually less of a hassle to work with these people, but it would clean up their homes and make them presentable and still make some profit off the original price.
A lot of people who said they re-finance, this is just digging the hole bigger but for the consumer later down the road, and some people were told to remove it from their property ... which will then be left to re-attack about it when you need to rebuild or leave later? home is an investment, the American dream fulfilled for those of us lucky enough to make one ... But now jobs in Indiana are suffering, as well as the rest of the country, so the owners who lost their jobs as well. Everyone said that there should be more help from the government ... America can not wait much longer. But do not give up just yet .. There is hope.
Most banks will do what is called a "forebearance", and work with homeowners to reduce their monthly payments for 3 months at a time (such as our bank) and you need to log in again before the end of last month forebearance to extension ... depends on the bank you work with how many people will allow. amounts remaining were then attached to the back end of the original loan amount to (and of course,% is added to this amount too) ... but you have to do before foreclosure proceedings started because they do not usually work with you after that ... I hope this helps some of you out there struggling like us, that our dreams alive, not to mention a roof over our heads and food on our tables this winter.
I just notice ... for all you out there looking for cheap home ... Keep in mind that he had to give it up, so you can get a good job ... Of course it looks kaodobar cheap, but I think the families who had to abandon their efforts and dreams so that they could be yanked beneath them, because they have lost their jobs without their consent and, therefore, had to lose their homes in the process ... so that they can be re-sold for you. Fight for what is right and if you believe in my words, let us a message of hope for those in need and stop the loss of homes in this country. Maybe together we can start fund to save the homes in our communities.
